Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Pocketpickz ships internationally. We deliver to multiple countries across the globe, and shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Will I get a tracking code?

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process our orders extra fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so canceling an order after it’s been made isn’t always possible.

However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) to Mail us↗  , and we’ll try our best to get your order canceled for you. If we’re lucky enough to cancel that in time, we’ll process your refund right away
